China Nationals Round 1 Finals The day started with an electrical fault that reared its head all weekend. That sorted, Matt went into the pre-finla starting in 17th. Matt narrowly avoided a large crash on the 1st corner and set about chasing the front runners. He managed to pass up to 10th. Interesting judgements by the organisers saw a penalty reversed for a driver underweight pushing him back to 11th. The final got under way in great weather and Matt was blocked on the start by a slow starter so had his work cut out to get forward. He drove a strong and tactical race to finish strongly in 6th place.
