Round 3 of the Philippines Nationals was held on the Visayan Island of Cebu. Temperatures were high, as was the humidity making driver fitness a key factor for the race. Matthew was in peak condition and found the conditions bearable. This video is using a new Go-Pro video cam mounted to the front body work of his Kart.
