Final Round of Philippines Nationals The final round of the Philippines National Championships, take place on the newly opened Clarke Race way. A purpose built state of the art complex in the Northern province of Pampanga, Philippines. The former American Airbase, once home to 15,000 permanent troops and numerous units on rotation, the 30sq km site now houses an economic zone along with numerous leisure facilities including the race tracks.
