CIK FIA Asian KF3 RaceThe final race of the year was the CIK FIA Asian Round held in Macau. A strong field contested the race with Matt Solomon dominant and challenging the Europeans all weekend. In the 2 races, Matt finished 1st and 2nd.

Euromax DenmarkThe 3rd round of the Euromax took place in Thy Denmark. A North Western town in the middle of the countryside. The weather was amazing and at times temperatures in the awning reached 36c. Much hotter than antcipated. Matthew had a very mixed weekend with the results not going his way. Much of this was due to the antics of anyther driver who was penalised and reprimanded for his actions. The positive taken away is that Matt drove hard and was consistently in the front runners when it counted.

Buckmore British Super 1 , 2011Matthew compteed in a round of the British Super 1 at Buckmore Park. Whilst the weekend started out well with times close to the current championship leader the racing took on a turn for the worst. Matt could not quite link together the strong performances from Europe and Asia this time in the UK and the result was extremly disappointing for Matthew.
Wackersdorf Finals and Return JourneyThe finals took place in perfect weather conditions. Matthew drove well in the prefinal to finish in 8th position. The finals came around quickly and the weekend was completed with a credible 9th place finish.

Suzuka FebruaryMatt had his 1st run for 2011 at Suzuka and whilst the times were solid throughout the weekend, the result he was hoping for did not eventuate. The upside was that his times were good enough all weekend showing that the speed is there when needed.
